When the opportunity arose to acquire a prime site on the Gold Coast, our client seized the chance to realize their dream of living in the area. The original fibro beach shack was removed to make way for a home designed to maximize stunning ocean views. The site’s narrow proportions, typical of Miami, often limit natural light. Our design defied convention by repositioning the entry deeper into the site, creating a landscaped courtyard that acts as a light well, connecting all three levels and maximizing space at the front for expansive living areas, decks, and a master suite with a private oceanfront balcony. Actively involved in the process, our client embraced our vision for a home that blends practicality with luxury. The result is a serene family oasis that fulfills their dream of a perfect coastal retreat.
