Building Materials
Situated on the north face of a steep ridge our design maximises the opportunities provided by the location and its stunning vistas taking in the lights of the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Ipswich at night, while providing absolute privacy for the occupants. The use of honest materials such as naturally fire- retardant hardwood timber, flat stone, copper and cement render allows the units to nestle into the forest surrounds, creating an atmosphere of peace and harmony while providing bush fire resistance and sound separation.
